NOIZEZZ is a leading company in the field of earmolds for hearing aid wearers and hearing protection. Protecting people from hearing damage and allowing them to optimally enjoy sound by offering high-quality hearing protection and earmolds. That is our mission.

Purpose data

NOIZEZZ processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This might include offering NOIZEZZ services or products. The data that Analytics collects on the website are anonymous, so they are not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.

You have the right to request access to your data recorded and kept by NOIZEZZ at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting NOIZEZZ by telephone. You will then receive an overview of your data.

Right of rectification

Are your data incorrect? Or have your data been changed? You have the right to have this rectified by NOIZEZZ.

Right to transfer

Should you need the data stored by NOIZEZZ in case you change to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. In this case NOIZEZZ will transfer all your data to the other party.

Do you not want NOIZEZZ to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data. You can make use of these rights via info@noizezz.com and send a copy of ID-submission in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID-number and BSN have been made illegible. We aim to respond within one week.

Security

No physical copies will be made of your personal data. Your data will only be managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by NOIZEZZ or by previously mentioned third parties are only accessible via the above-mentioned software and systems.
